A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF INSURANCE
COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA WITH COLEMAN-LEDBETTER-
BUCHANAN AS AGENT OF RECORD, RECEIVED ON JANUARY
10, 1972, FOR FURNISHING VALUABLE PAPERS INSUR-
ANCE FOR A THREE-YEAR PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY
23, 1972, AS LISTED BELOW, AT A THREE-YEAR
PREMIUM OF $6,156.00 PAYABLE ANNUALLY, AND AUTH-
ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT
THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER
THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received on January 10, 1972 for
furnishing valuable papers insurance for a three-year period
commencing January 23, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of
Insurance Company of North America with Coleman -Ledbetter-
Buchanan as Agent of Record, be accepted as the bid most
advantagesas to the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Insurance Company of North
America with Coleman -Ledbetter -Buchanan as Agent of Record,
received on January 10, 1972, for furnishing valuable papers
insurance for a three-year period commencing January 23,
1972, as listed below, at a three-year premium of $6,156.00
payable annually, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized and directed to instruct the purchasing agent
to issue a purchase order for same.
