'7` c" �2 �i : ► f`1 '' ,'' p "M,lOrt sic JAN c8 pM 3 A RESOLUTION ORDERING LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY 58 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost of said LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including the following described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of land are hereby designated LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer).
