A RESOLUTION ORDERING LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline sewer)
AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION
OF THE COST THEREOF AS LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified
as LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter of the City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of
Laying an 8-inch or larger Vitrified Clay Cast Iron or
Concrete Pipe Sanitary Sewer at or near the sideline of N.W. 42
Avenue from N.W. 18 Street to 160 feet North
N.W. 7 Street (N. side) from N.W. 47 Avenue to 305 ft. East
of N.W. 44 Avenue
N.W. 7 Street (S. side) from N.W. 47 Ave. to N.W. 44 Avenue
Laying six-inch (6") or eight -inch (8") vitrified clay or
cast iron pipe laterals, as required
to the lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned
streets, including the lots and parcels of land described in
Section 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other appur
tenances, pump station, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and
curb and gutters where such relaying is made necessary by this
improvement.
Section 2. Special Assessments for a portion of the cost
of said LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S
(sideline sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels

of land Which abut upon the above -mentioned streets, including
the following described lots and parcels of land, and such
lots and parcels of land are hereby designated LEJEUNE GARDENS
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-5 (sideline sewer).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the following described
lots and parcels of land to the property line of which a sewer
lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed the cost of that
lateral or laterals, under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter of the City of Miami, as amended:

Section 3. This IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-S (sideline sewer), and the above described
property against which assessments shall be made for a portion
of the cost thereof, hereunder, shall be designated as LEJEUNE
GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-S (sideline
sewer).
