INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER TRUST FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Performing
Arts Center Trust, each to serve a term as provided in the Articles of Incorporation of the
Trust.'
