A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE LITTLE HAITI REVITALIZATION TRUST FOR A
TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Little Haiti
Revitalization Trust, to serve for a term ending June 11, 2028, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
