A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE INTERFAITH ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR A TERM
AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Interfaith
Advisory Council, to serve for a term ending June 11, 2028, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
Section 2. The residency requirement contained in Sections 2-884(b) and 2-1123(a) of the
Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a four -fifths (4/5ths)
vote of the members of the full City Commission, as said requirement relates to the
appointment of Fredi Klein as a member of the Interfaith Advisory Council.

review and approval.
