INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE AUDIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR TERMS AS
DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Audit
Advisory Committee, each to serve for a term ending <Month>, 2026, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
