Re: Substitution of Counsel
Dear Mr. Garcia:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the undersigned has assumed
representation of the project known as the East Ridge Special Area Plan.
Due to the substitution of counsel and in order to do a comprehensive analysis of the
existing project and file, we respectfully request that the PZAB hearing currently scheduled for
September 5, 2018 be continued to the PZAB meeting of October 3, 2018. Our firm will be
present at the PZAB meeting of September 5, 2018 to make a formal request for a continuance
to the date certain as requested above. We would request that the Hearing Board Section
schedule this item as the first item on the agenda for the PZAB hearing of October 3, 2018.
