I know this is a late report it has been a busy summer for me. However, I must say that this is one of the most generous neighborhood/developer agreements that I have seen for rnany years. In the past, specifically before the 1950's when neighborhoods were developed In a traditional manner; creating parks, walkways, libraries and other community institutions were commonplace in development packages, this art of weaving a unity between the developers and citizen organizations has been lost and hopefully the SPV team will bring this tradition back to life, congratulations and I sincerely hope that the local people on the ground will take this package and prosper it in .an intelligent and honest way!
