Thank you for your invitation to attend a meeting of your Committee. The project information as detailed in your letter is available in the public records at the City of Miami but we are more than willing to accommodate your Committee with a presentation of our project. While we welcome the opportunity to share information with you and your members, it will be impossible to coordinate a time to do so before the end of the year. The coordination of multiple calendars is difficult throughout the year but more so during year end. It is also common for consulting firms to close for the holiday season, this year on December 20th and reopen at the beginning of the New Year. As you may also be aware, the pending matter at the City is in Court and it would be best to know the outcome of that process in order to have the proper context for our conversation. Also do let me know the date of your Committee meeting in January to see if we can accommodate that date or at least try to get as close as possible to your usual and customary schedule.
