A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI TREE ORDINANCE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Miami
Tree Ordinance Advisory Committee, each to serve for a term ending May 28, 2027, or until
the nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
Section 2. The residency requirement contained in Section 3(a) of Resolution R-26-0229 is
hereby waived by a four -fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members of the City Commission, as said
requirement relates to the appointment of Andy Parrish and Maria Bendfeldt as members of
the Miami Tree Ordinance Advisory Committee.
1 Board appointments are administrative acts which do not require the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's
review and approval.
