A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL EMPLOYEES' AND SANITATION
EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT TRUST FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above, whose name was submitted by AFSCME Local
1907, certified bargaining unit, is hereby appointed as a member of the General Employees'
and Sanitation Employees' Retirement Trust, to serve a term ending May 28, 2028.1
