Residents are not opposed to growth; we understand Miami 27 is evolving. But growth must be managed, thoughtful, and tied to infrastructure 2026 and neighborhood context. The Lawsuit surrounding the Well project on Tigertait 7:56p reflects a Larger frustration many residents are feeling —that development is m increasingly happening to neighborhoods, not with them. Tonight's action MDT restores some balance and shows that preservation and progress can coexist. May Madam Mayor, Chairwoman and Commissioners, Please vote no on PZ.3 which 28 would allow to setting and transferring density from some buildings to others for 2026 the trendy "Affordable Housing". There are other ways of doing this. Please join 7:26a the other 25 cities across the state to stop the Live Local Act. m MDT No. Please vote No. Ask police and fire and take care of their own facilities. Police union members and Fire union members get generous pay and benefit packages. Please ask all employees to show respect for taxpayers and for taxpayer owned property and offices. Private sector taxpayers arte already burdened by excessive taxes and excessive fees. Vote No. May 27 2026 9:21a m MDT On behalf of the Board of Directors of the FLagLer Business Improvement District (FLagLer BID), I want to express our enthusiastic support for SR.2, the proposed ordinance allowing alcohol service establishments to participate in the sidewalk May cafe program within the FLagLer Specialty District. This is a thoughtful and 28 targeted adjustment that reflects the realities of Downtown Miami's historic core. 2026 Many FLagLer storefronts are compact Legacy spaces that benefit from flexible, 6:25a pedestrian -oriented business models. Expanding sidewalk cafe eligibility wilt m help bring more activity, visibility, and energy to the street while supporting MDT Leasing and continued economic revitalization in the district. Thank you again for your support and consideration. Terrell Fritz, Executive Director FLagLer BID Please approve this commitment to more bike infrastructure. Crossing main avenues are very dangerous for me but I have to cross them to get to work, visit family, and visit social events. These protected infrastructure projects would keep me safe and allow me to go about the city without fear of fast cars taking me away from my Love ones.
