Hannon City Clerk Date: May 4, 2026 Subject: Art in Public Places Board References: Agenda for May 14, 2026 Enclosures: List of members The Art in Public Places (AIPP) Board with the assistance and recommendations of the Planning Department, Public Art Division, and all other City departments, as necessary shall: 1. Recommend the Public Art Program Guidelines and amendments to the Public Arts Program Guidelines thereto to the City Commission. 2. Recommend the Public Art Master Plan and amendments to the Public Art Master Plan thereto to the City Commission. 3. Approve expenditures to the Public Art Fund as proposed by the City Manager or his/her designee. 4. Approve, approve with conditions, or deny proposed installations, dedications, or donations of Art, based on the Public Art Program Guidelines and the Public Art Master Plan; and 5. To act on any other Art in Public Places related master as assigned by the City Commission. One (1) waiver is required at this time. • Maria Napoles, incumbent, whose term expires on April 23, 2027, has been a member since April 13, 2017, and will require a term waiver by a unanimous (5/5) vote of the Commission. For your convenience, we are including a copy of the current membership of said board. By copy of this memorandum to the Agenda Office, we are requesting that this issue be placed on the May 14, 2026, Commission agenda.
