THE CITY ADMINISTRATION; PROVIDING FOR TRANSPARENCY AND
ACCOUNTABILITY BY DISPLAYING THE STATUS OF EACH DIRECTIVE;
REQUIRING COMPLETION OF THE WEB PORTAL WITHIN NINETY (90) CALENDAR
DAYS OF ADOPTION OF THIS RESOLUTION.
