cordingly there shall be entitled to vote in the special bond
election to which this notice pertains all qualified electors
of thb City of Miami, Florida.

Section 2. A description of the registration books. And
records which pertain to election precincts wholly or partly with-
in the City and which the City is adopting and desires to use for
holding such 'special bond election is as follows:
All registration cards, hooks, records and certificates
pertaining to electors of the City and established and maintained
as official by the Supervisor of. Elections of Dade County
fortuity with the provisions of the general laws of the state,
hereby adopted and declared to be, and shall hereafter be recognized
and accepted as, official registration cards, books, records and
certificates of the City.
Section 3, Said special bond election shall be held at:.

Section 5. H. D. Southern, City Clerk of the City of.
Miami, Florida, is hereby designated and anointed as the official
representative of the Commission in all transactions with the
Supervisor of Elections of Dade County in relation to matters
pertaining to the use of the registration books and the holding
of said special bond election.
Section 6. The ballot used in said election for voting..
on the question submitted shall hethat portion of the cardboard;

machines which will contain a statement of the ouest3.on submitted,
and said voting machines shall provide facilities for qualified
electors to vote for or against such auestion as they may choose.

Section 8. The City Clerk shall cause to be prepared
an absentee ballot containing the nuesti.on sot forth in Section
6 above for the use of absent electors entitled to cast such ballot
in said election.
Section9. This ordinance shall go into effect immedi-
ately upon its passage and shall not he subject to the riaht
referendum as an ordinance.
Section 10. The renuirement of reading this ordinance
on two separate days is hereby dispensedwith by a vote of not
less than four. -fifths of the members°, of the commission.,
