A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PREPARE SUCH SPECIFICATIONS AS HE DEEMS
APPROPRIATE AND REQUEST BIDDING PURSUANT TO
THOSE SPECIFICATIONS ON THE ORANGE BOWL
STADIUM CONCESSION IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER
S0 THAT THERE MAY BE PUBLIC BIDDING WITH THE
CONCESSION TO BE GRANTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
ACCORDING TO LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby directed to
prepare such specifications as he deems appropriate and request
bidding pursuant to those specifications on the Orange Bowl
Stadium Concession in an appropriate manner so that there may
be public bidding, with the concession to be granted by the
City Commission according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1972.
