RESOLUTION NO. 93/7/
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID RECEIVED
JANUARY 19, 1972 OF CUYAHOGA
WRECKING CORPORATION , IN THE
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $ 3,745.00
FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 7 DEMOLITION-
1972, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, bids were received January 19, 1972 for FIRE
STATION NO. 7 DEMOLITION - 1972; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this demolition from
the sale of the land; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
CUYAHOGA WRECKING CORPORATION , in the amount
of $ 3,745.00 , is the lowest bid (acceptable) and
recommends that contract be awarded to said company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Cuyahoga Wrecking Corporation
, received January 19, 1972 for the
FIRE STATION NO. 7 DEMOLITION-1972, namely Base Bid of
Proposal, based on unit prices, at a total estimated cost of
$ 3,745200 , be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of
Miami for the FIRE STATION NO. 7 DEMOLITION-1972.
