RESOLUTION NO. V
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
"LANDMAN SUBDIVISION", A SUBDIVISION IN
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF S. W. 8TH STREET BETWEEN
35TH AND 36TH AVENUES, AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AND ACCEPT-
ING A COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND POST-
PONING THE IMMEDIATE CONSTRUCTION OF CURB
AND GUTTER AND PAVEMENT; AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and the
Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance
of the Plat; and
WHEREAS, it was recommended that the developers of
LANDMAN SUBDIVISION execute a Covenant to Run with the Land
postponing the immediate construction of curb and gutter
and pavement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled LANDMAN SUBDIVISION,
being a subdivision in the S.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of
Section 4, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part
hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications
as shown thereon together with all existing and future
plantings, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public be, and the same are hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The Covenant to Run with the Land executed
by Solomon Landman, a single man, Avigdor Landman and Raquel

Landman, his wife, postponing the immediate construction
of curb and gutter and pavement until. such time as required
by the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami,
Florida, be accepted and recorded after the Plat has been
recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
Section 3. Except for the improvements referred to
in Section 2 hereof, the requirements of State law and the
Codes of Metropolitan Dade County and the City of Miami,
Florida, as to improvements to be made in subdivisions are
hereby expressly waived.
Section 4. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 5. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both
of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Plat.
