JOINDER BY OWNER
The undersigned, 3050 Biscayne Properties, LLC, owner of the real property described as
Lot 4, Block 4, of the Elwood Court Subdivision, recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 181 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida and Tract C of the Executive Plaza Subdivision,
recorded at Plat Book 121, Page 87 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida,
hereby does join in, acknowledge, and consent to Sections 2.A)(iv) — (vi), 2.B) and 2(C) of the
Settlement Agreement between West Flagler Associates, Ltd. and the City of Miami and to the
recording of instruments establishing the additional permissible and prohibited uses on such
property consistent with the terms of the Settlement Agreement, and that such shall be binding
upon the undersigned and its successors in title and interest, but only as it relates to the real
property described herein.
