HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-43139111 �' 2/7f+?1' ; 5ii RESOLUTION NO.4a is A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RECEIVED DECEMBER 15, 1971, OF TRULY NOLEN, INC., FOR FURNISHING MONTHLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE IN VARIOUS CITY OF MIAMI OCCUPIED BUILDINGS AS LISTED HEREIN, FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 9, 1972, THROUGH JANUARY 8, 1973, AT AN ANNUAL COST OF $2,143.20, AND AUTHOR- IZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS, AS REQUIRED. WHEREAS, bids were received December 15, 1971, by the City Manager and City Clerk for furnishing monthly pest control service in various City of Miami occupied buildings as listed hereunder, for the period January 9, 1972, through January 8, 1973; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Truly Nolen, Inc., is the best (acceptable) bid and recommends that the same be accepted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid received December 15, 1971, of Truly Nolen, Inc., for furnishing monthly pest control service for the period January 9, 1972, through January 8, 1973, at an annual cost of $2,143.20, at the following locations: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) 14 Fire Stations Fire Chief's Office Fire Prevention College Administration Fire Maintenance Shop Fire Drill Tower Municipal Justice Bldg.
