HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-43135f1 dms 12/27/71 hi '=i.3 cE.Vfr,, RESOLUTION NO. 99tS A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM THE DADE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD A RIGHT..OF WAY DEED DATED DECEMBER 14, 1971, FOR CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WEST SIDE OF N.W. 7TH AVENUE BETWEEN 19TH AND 20TH STREETS. WHEREAS, additional right of way is needed on the west side of N. W. 7th Avenue between 19th and 20th Streets to bring the Avenue up to its full zoned width; and WHEREAS, the adjacent property is owned by the Dade County School Board, and the Board has issued to the City of Miami a right of way deed dated December 14, 1971, for the required strip of land to bring N. W. 7th Avenue up to full zoned width at this location; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the December 14, 1971 right of way deed from the Dade County School Board be, and the same is hereby, accepted, said deed covering a strip of land along the west side of N. W. 7th Avenue between 19th and 20th Streets, more particularly described as lands situate, lying and being in the County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit: "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEM NO. CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF JAN 6 1972 RESOLUTION NO., 3 MAWS: •....................e.....• • The external area formed by a 25-foot radius arc, concave to the Northwest, tangent to a line that is 10 feet west of and parallel to the east boundary of Lot 1, Block 1, NORTH HIGHLAND, according to the plat thereof, re- corded in Plat Book 7 at Page 31 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and tangent to the south boundary of said Lot 1; And, the East 2.50 feet of Tract C, WEST DUNBAR SCHOOL SITE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 75 at Page 87 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; And, the east 2.50 feet of the N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 60.54 feet thereof and LESS Tract C WEST DUNBAR SCHOOL SITE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 75 at Page 87 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to record the aforesaid deed in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, after attach- ing the following: "The attached deed of dedication or conveyance was accepted and approved this day of A.
