RESOLUTION NO. ys t3201.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY JOE REINERTSON EQUIP-
MENT CO. AT A TOTAL COST OF $26,890.20
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$2,806.20 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
MARINE STADIUM RESTAURANT - UTILITIES
AND ACCESS ROAD (BID "B" UTILITIES).
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated October
18, 1971 between the City of Miami and Joe Reinertson
Equipment Co.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily
completed and Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. has furnished
the required documents certifying that all bills for
labor, materials, etc. have been paid in full in con-
nection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recom-
mends that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed
by Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. for the MARINE STADIUM
RESTAURANT - UTILITIES AND ACCESS ROAD (Bid "B" -
Utilities) at a total cost of $26,890.20 be, and the
same is hereby, accepted.

Section 2. That the proper officials of The
City of Miami are authorized and directed to pay
Joe Reinertson Equipment Co. a balance of $2,806.20
as full and final payment for all work -performed
and all materials furnished in connection with the
MARINE STADIUM RESTAURANT - UTILITIES AND ACCESS ROAD
(Bid "B" - Utilities).
