A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY MARKS BROTHERS COMPANY AT A
TOTAL COST OF $13,438.23 AND AUTHORIZING
A FINAL PAYMENT OF $13,438.23 FOR THE
CORAL WAY STORM SEWER PROJECT - 1971.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July
30, 1971 between the City of Miami and Marks Brothers
Company; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and Marks Brothers Company has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor,
materials, etc. have been paid in full in connection
with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recom-
mends that the completed work be accepted and final
payment be made to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed work performed
by Marks Brothers Company for the CORAL WAY STORM
SEWER PROJECT - 1971 at a total cost of $13,438.23
be, and the same is hereby, accepted.

Section 2. That the proper officials of The
City of Miami are authorized and directed to pay
Marks Brothers Company a balance of $13,438.23 as
full and final payment for all work performed and
all materials furnished in connection with the CORAL
WAY STORM SEWER PROJECT - 1971.
