RESOLUTION NO. 14762,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO SOUTHERN BELL
TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY A
DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT FOR THE UTILITY
EASEMENT DESCRIBED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the Southern Bell Telephone and Tele-
graph Company is planning to construct a large
facility on the east side of N.W. 14 Avenue between
N.W. 20 and N.W. 21 Streets and the proposed building
Would fall across an existing utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has
investigated all utilities and finds that none of
them have any need for this easement and to that end
have filed with the Department of Public Works releases
and disclaimers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute and deliver to Southern Bell Telephone and
Telegraph Company a Disclaimer Agreement for the ten
foot wide utility easement, more particularly
described as follows:

All of the ten (10) foot wide utility
easement, the center line of which
being described as the south line of
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 5, of EVER-
GREEN GARDENS AMENDED, as recorded
in Plat Book 16, at Page 64, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
said Disclaimer Agreement being attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof. '
