A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE FR•M
ORDINANCE NO, 6871, ARTICLE XXIII,
SECTION 3, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION •F
ADDITION TO EXISTING WAREHOUSE ON
TRACT Be INDUSTRIAL SITES, INC.
(52-87), LOCATED AT 7251 N. E.
AVENUE, WAYVING LANDSCAPING RE•'IRE—
MENTS, SITE ZONED I-1 (LIGHT I DUSTRIAL)
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Miami, at its meeting/on September 10, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vbte its Resolution No.
73-184, recommending denial of;variance from Ordinance No.
6871, Article XXIII, Section 3, as hereinafter set forth;

and this Commission deems it advisable in the interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami to grant this variance
requested on the ground tat due to peculiar circumstances
affecting this parcel o /land practical difficulties and
unnecessary hardships •uld impair the owner's rights to some
reasonable use of the property under a I-1 (Light Industrial)
District;

Section 2. This variance shall become null and
void unless the use is commenced within six months of the
effective date of this resolution. Extension may be granted
by the City Manager pursuant to the provisions of Article
XXXI, Section 4, of Ordinance No. 6871.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of September 10, 1973, Item
#7, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No.
73-184
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending DENIAL for Variance from Ordinance No.
6871, ARTICLE XXIII, Section 3, to permit construction of addition
to existing warehouse on Tract B, INDUSTRIAL SITES, INC. (52-87),
located at 7251 N. E. 2nd Avenue, waiving landscaping requirements;
zoned I-1 (Light Industrial).
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Variance has been prepared by the
City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City
Commission.
