A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE HOURS OP SALE
OE BEER AND WINE FOR CONSUMPTION OFF
PREMISES ONLY ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 23,
1973 AND SUNDAY, DECEMBER 30, 1973,
DURING THE HOURS OP 9:00 A. M. UNTIL
9:00 P. M.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8(h) of the Miami
City Code, the Commission may extend the hours of sale of
alcoholic beverages on special occasions; and
WHEREAS, Sunday, December 23, 1973 and Sunday,
December 30, 1973 are the Sundays before two of the biggest
holidays.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Section 1. That the Commission hereby extends the
hours of sale of beer and'wine for consumption off premises
only on Sunday, December 23, 1973 and Sunday, December 30, 1973,
during the hours of 9:00 A. M. until 9:00 P. M.
