A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE C.tTY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO TRANSFER THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY OP THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
J. R. SANDERS, THE HIGHEST ACCEPTABLE
BIDDER: THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 3 IN
BLOCK 5 OF KENWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 AT
PAGE 134 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 73-786 of
the City of Miami, the City Manager was directed to sell
to the highest bidder the below described real property; and
WHEREAS, J. R. Sanders was the highest acceptable
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of
Miami is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the
following described real property to J. R. Sanders, the
highest acceptable bidder:
The East 15 feet of Lot 3 in Block 5 of
KENWOOD, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 134 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
