A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR THE USE OF
THE BAYFRONT PARR At1DITORIUM ON JANUARY 3, MAY 2,
AUGUST 7 AND SEP'1'EMBER 4, 1974, BY THE NATURALIZATION
COMMITTEE OP THE UNITED STATES 'DISTRICT COURT, SOUTHERN
DISTRICT O1' FLORIDA, FOR NATURALIZATION PROCEEDINGS,
SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF EVENT PERSONNEL, LIGHTS, INSUR-
ANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS CHARGED BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED Bit THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the rental fee for the Bayfront Park Auditorium
on January 3, May 2, August 7 and September 4, 1974, by the Naturalization
Committee of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida,
for naturalization proceedings is hereby waived, subject to payment of
event personnel, lights, insurance and other direct costs charged by the
City.
