A RESOLUTION ACCAPT/gd THE COMPLETED
WORK PERPORMED By PENCE MASTERS, INC.
AT A TOTAL COST OP $6,796.48 AND
AUTHORIZING A FINALIPAYMENT OF $1,187.68
FOR THE EDISON AND WYNDWOOD PARKS -
BASEBALL BACKSTOPS - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 6, 1973
between tlae City of Miami and Fence Masters, Inc.
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Fence Masters, Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc., have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made
to the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager accept the completed
work performed by Fence Masters, Inc. for the construction of
EDISON AND WYNDWOOD PARKS - BASEBALL BACKSTOPS - 1973, at a
total cost of $6,796.48.
Section 2. That the proper officials of The City of
Miami be authorized and directed to pay Fence Masters, Inc.,
a balance of $1,187.68 as full and final payment for all work peror
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the con-
struction of EDISON AND WYNDWODD PARKS - BASEBALL BACKSTOPS - 1973.
