A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY
RIGHT OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY DON G.
ROMER AND CHARLENE H. ROMER, HIS WIFE,
CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING A STRIP
OF LAND ALONG S.W. 38th AVENUE BETWEEN
S.W. 28th AND S.W. 29th STREETS; AND
DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID DEED IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY.
WHEREAS, a 10 foot strip of land is needed along the
west side of S.W. 38th Avenue between S.W. 28th and S.W. 29th
Streets to bring the avenue to its fully zoned width.
WHEREAS, Don G. Romer and Charlene H. Romer, his wife,
have executed and delivered to the City of Miami a Highway Right
of Way Deed for the required 10-foot dedication.
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid Right of Way Deed and to have it recorded in
the Public Records of Dade County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the November 16, 1973, Highway Right
of Way Deed from Don G. Romer and Charlene H. Romer, his wife,
for a 10-foot strip of land along the westerly side of 38th Avenue,
between S.W. 28th and S.W. 29th Streets be, and same is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. That the proper official of the City of
Miami be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to record the
aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed in the Public Records of Dade
County.
