A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS TO COVER PROJECT
EXPENSE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSE FOR THE JOB
ENTITLED."INSTALLATION OF SANITARY PUMP STATION
AT DINNER KEY MARINA".
WHEREAS, in order to assure that the Sanitary Pump Station
at Dinner Key Marina may be installed without delay upon delivery
of the unit, it is in the best interest of the City to have the
work done by City Forces and also it is necessary to provide
funds to pay for Project Expense and Incidental Expense; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the account
entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund" to cover Installation Expense,
Project Expense and Incidental Expense related to the aforesaid job;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the amount of $1500 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund to
cover the cost of labor and incidental materials for installation
of the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station at Dinner Key Marina.
Section 2. That the amount of $288 be, and it is hereby,
allocated to cover the cost of Project Expenses for the aforesaid
job, said Project Expenses being deemed to include engineering,
survey and inspection performed by City Forces.
Section 3. That the amount of $58 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund" to
cover the cost of Incidental Expenses for the aforesaid job, said
Incidental Expenses including but not limited to such items as
advertising, testing laboratories, postage, printing and blueprinting
by City Forces or outside vendor and the like.
