13REAS, on June. 18, 1971, the City Commission
14 passed and adopted Resolution No. 42574, granting a con-
15 tinned variance from Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII,
16 Section 2(3), as hereinafter set forth; and
17 WHEREAS, the Building Department reports that a
18 visual check of the property reveals no problems and they
19 have had no complaints regarding this property;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY.:THE COMMISSION
21 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
22 Section 1. That the continued waiver for 144 of
23 191 required off-street parking spaces, as provided in
24 Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 2(3), in conjunction
25 with construction of 151-unit apartment for the elderly,
26 zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) and C-4 (General Commercial)
27 Districts, be and the same is hereby granted for a period of
28 one (1) year from this date.
29 Section 2. The waiving of development of 144 of
30 191 required off-street parking spaces located at the real
31 property described in Section 1 above, is automatically renewed
32 for one-year ti
