WHEREAS, the Planning =nd Zoning Board of the
City of Miami, at its meeting held on October 29, 1973,
passed and adopted by a 9 t 0 vote its Resolution No.
73-223, recommending deni.1 of a change in zoning classification,
as hereinafter set fortlj and
WHEREAS, it
deemed advisable in the best interest
of the general welfa a of the City of Miami
to grant a change

set forth;
and its inhabitants
as hereinafter
NOW, EFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Se6tion 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Orrdinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is
herebyended by changing the zoning classification for the
NW'ly 220' of Lots 1, 2, and 3, less SW'ly 10' of Tiigertail
Ave ie, from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) District to
R-1 (Residence -Office) District; and by making the necessary

ghanges in the zoning district map made a part of said
Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article
III, Section 2, thereof./

Section 2. That ail laws, or parts of laws, in
conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed
insofar as the above described land is involved.
Section 3. It is declared to be the legislative
intent of this body that if any section, subsection, sentence,
phrase, or provision of this ordinance is held invalid, the
remainder of the ordinance shall not be affected.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of October 29, 1973, Item
#4, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-223
by a 9 to 0 vote recommending DENIAL for Change of Zoning Classifi-
cation for the NW'ly 220' of Lots 1, 2, and 3, less SW'ly 10' of
Lot 3, Block 41, NEW BISCAYNE AMENDED (B-16), located at 2670
Tigertail Avenue, from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) to R-C
(Residence -Office).
One objection was received in the mail.
An ORDINANCE to provide for this Change of Zoning has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
