AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 8195,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI ON OCTOBER 4, 1973,
BY CHANGING SECTION 62-26(a) AND SECTION
62-26(c) BY ADOPTING A MINIMUM FEE FOR
APPLICATIONS FOR CHANGE IN ZONING AND
APPLICATIONS FOR VARIANCES; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set a minimum fee
to provide for the processing of any application for a
variance or change in zoning;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 8195 Section 62-26(a)
is hereby amended by deleting Section 62-26(a) in its
entirety and substituting therefor a new Section 62-26(a)
to read as follows:
"Section 62-26
(a) $ 02/sq. ft.
of Land Area.
(minimum - $150.00)
$.04/Sq. ft.
of Land Area.
(minimum - $200.00)
$.06/sq. ft.
of Land Area.
(minimum - $250.00)."
Section 2. Ordinance No. 8195 Section 62-26(c)
is hereby amended by deleting Section 62-26(c) in its entirety
and substituting a new Section 62-26(c) therefor to read
as follows:

in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent necessary to

intent of this body that if any section, subsection, sentence,
phrase or provisions of this ordinance is held invalid, the
remainder of the ordinance shall not be affected.
