WHEREAS, it is necessary to set a minimum fee to provide for the processing of any application for a variance or change in zoning; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 8195 Section 62-26(a) is hereby amended by deleting Section 62-26(a) in its entirety and substituting therefor a new Section 62-26(a) to read as follows: "Section 62-26 (a) $ 02/sq. ft. of Land Area.
