PENANCE - (PHASE II) - 1974; AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT THEREFOR,

WHEREAS, bids were received November 16, 1973 for the
ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE (PHASE II) - 1974.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
Henry Angelow& Sons, Inc. in the amount of $64,750 is the low-
est bid and recommends that contract be awarded to said company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of Henry Angelo & Sons, Inc.
received November 16, 1973 for ORANGE BOWL - PAINTING AND MAIN-
TENANCE (PHASE II) - 1974, namely Total Bid of Proposal, based
on lump sum bid, at a total estimated cost of $63,750, be accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager be authorized and direct-
ed to enter into a contract in behalf of the City of Miami for the
ORANGE BOWLWi5 PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE (PHASE II) - 1974.
