RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID
RECEXVED NOVEMBER 6, 1973 PROM
PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR
FURNISHING AND INSTALLING TWO (2)
4000 GALLON GASOLINE TANKS FOR THE
MOTOR POOL, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
PROPERTIES, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$4,450.00.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City Manager
and City Clerk on November 6, 1973 for furnishing and installing
two (2) 4000 gallon gasoline tanks for the Motor Pool, Depart-
ment of Public Properties; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid
of PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT COMPANY, at a total cost of $4,450.00,
is the lowest and best responive bid -and recommends that said
bid be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager accept the
bid of PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT COMPANY for furnishing and in-
stalling two (2) 4000 gallon gasoline tanks for the Motor
Pool, Department of Public Properties, at a total cost of
$4,450.00.
