A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID RE-
CEIVED NOVEMBER 13, 1974 FROM LAMA
UNIFORM COMPANY FOR FURNISHING FIRE
DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS, AS REQUIRED FOR
THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1974 THROUGH
DECEMBER 11, 1974; AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT
THE PURCHASING DIVISION TO ISSUE PURCHASE
ORDERS FROM TIME TO TIME FOR SAME, AFTER
FIRST DETERMINING THAT THE FUNDS BUDGETED
FOR THIS PURPOSE ARE AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, bids were received by the City Manager and
City Clerk on November 13, 1973 for furnishing fire uniforms,
as required, for the period from January 1, 1974 to December 31,
1974, for the Fire Department of the Cityyof Miami; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of
LAMAR UNIFORM COMPANY, at the unit prices per below list,
is the lowest and •beetle respomsive bid and recommends that said
bid be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of LAMAR UNIFORM COMPANY
for furnishing fire uniforms, as required, for the period
from January 1, 1974 thru December 31, 1974, at the follow-
ing unit prices, be and the same is hereby accepted:

Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized
