A RESOLUTION AUTHURIEING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO
ENTER INTO A NEW 'CONTRACT WITH FRANK J.
COBO FOR SERVICES AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
TO THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, COMPENSA-
TION FOR SAID SERVICES TO BE $ ..
PER YEAR, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT ATTACHED HERETO.
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
people of the City of Miami that an Administrative Assistant to the
Mayor of the City of Miami be established to aid the Mayor in the
performance of his duties for and on behalf of said people of the
City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with FRANK J. COBO
for his services as Administrative AssistantJ/to the Mayor of the
City of Miami at a compensation of $ /4 67C), per year subject
to the terms and conditions contained in the contract attached hereto.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of Miami
be authorized to allocate the sum of $ /Tj 000
from the proper
fund to effectuate the provisions of this contract.
