A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RETURN OF
THE SUM OF $34, 932 PREVIOUSLY ALLOCATED
FOR DOOR AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT OF
CITY PARK BUILDINGS TO THE CAPITAL IM-
PROVEMENT. FUNDS UNALLOCATED FUNDS
THE SOURCE OF SAID FUNDS BEING ORDINANCE
NUMBER. 8192, SECTION 1, 2(b).
WHEREAS, by Resolution 73-702 dated September 13, 1973, the
allocation of $34, 932 was authorized to be allocated for door and window
replacement for City park buildings; and
WHEREAS, there are now Federal Revenue Sharing Funds available
for such improvements; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $34, 932 previously spent for the above
designated park improvements which was allocated from Capital Improvement
Funds may now be returned from such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the sum of $34, 932 previously allocated by Resolution
73-702, dated September.13, 1973, from Capital Improvement Funds Unallocated
Funds for door and window replacement for the City park buildings be and the
same shall be returned to the said Capital Improvement Funds Unallocated
Funds; the original source of said funds being Ordinance Number 8192, Section 1,
2 (b).
