RESOLUTION NO.7 '174
A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE MIAMI-PADE
WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY AN MOMENT
AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF KINLOCH
MUNICIPAL PARK FOR SANITARY SEWER PUMP
STATION FACILITY; AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND
DELIVER SAID GRANT OF EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, an easement located within an area containing
2186 square feet at the southwesterly corner of Kinloch Municipal
Park is needed by the Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority for
the construction, installation, operation and maintenance of a
sanitary sewer pump station facility.
WHEREAS, the facility will be constructed underground
and will not interfere with the normal use of the park.
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has investi-
gated and determined that this is the best available location for
the proposed facility and recommends that the easement be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That an easement at the southwesterly corner
of Kinloch Municipal Park be and the same is hereby granted to the
Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority for the construction, installation,
operation and maintenance of a Sanitary Sewer Pump Station facility
in accordance with the Grant of Easement form attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver said
Grant of Easement to Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority.
