RESOLUTION NO.715 40PIPT.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPT/NO THE PLAT ENTITLED
BLUDWORTH SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN
tit- CITY p0 MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board and
the Department of Public Works have recommended the
acceptance of the plat; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1972, the City Commission passed
and adopted Resolution No. 72-178 closing for public use
the 16-foot alley running north and south between N.W.
20th Street and N.W. 21st Street, as shown on the Tentative
Plat of BLUDWORTH SUBDIVISION No. 808-C.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA4
Section 1. That the Plat entitled BLUDWORTH
SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion of Block 3,
EVERGREEN GARDENS ADDITION (16-64), lying and being in the
S.W. 1/4 of Section 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East,
City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is
made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the
dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and
future plantings, trees and shrubbery on said property,
to the perpetual use of the public be, and the same are,
hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. That except for the construction of
those improvements provided for in the Agreement entered into
between the Owner and the Director of the Department of
Public Works on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, dated
November 6. 1973, the requirements of Chapter 54, Section 54-20,

Code of the City of Miami, plorida, and State law as to
improvements to bemade in subdivisions will hereby.
expressly be waived.
Section 3. That of all other requirements of
State law concerning the posting of a Performance Bond for
the construction of improvements, that portion pertaining
to the maintenance of said improvements is hereby expressly
waived.
Section 4. That the requirements of State law
concerning the showing of grades of rights -of -way on the
Plat are hereby expressly waived.
Section 5. That the City Manager and the City
Clerk, both of the City of Miami, Florida, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
