A RESOLUTION/ORDERING SOUTH PINEMOUNT
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242-C} ,
(centerline sewer) AND DESIGNATING THE
PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE
COST THEREOF AS SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242-C
(centerline sewer).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a Sanitary sewer improvement identified
as SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5242-C (centerline
sewer) shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the
Charter of The City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to
consist of:
Laying an 8 inch vitrified clay pipe or cast iron pipe sanitary
sewer at or near the centerline of:

NVW. 5 Avenue from N.W. 67 Street to N.W. 71 Street

Laying 6 inch cast iron pipe laterals, as required to the
lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned
streets, including the lots and parcels of land described
in No. 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other appur-
tenances, pump stations, outfall, connections to existing
sewers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and
gutters where such relaying is made necessary by this im-
provement.
Section 2. Thatispecial Assessments for a portion
of the cost of said SOUTH PINEMOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5242-C (centerline sewer) shall be levied upon alllthe lots
and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned streets,
including the following described lots and parcels of land, and
such lots and parcels of land are hereby designated SOUTH PINE -
MOUNT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242-C (centerline
sewer).
To each of the lots and parcels of land which abut upon
the above -mentioned streets, including the following des-
cribed lots and parcels of land to the property line of
which a sewer lateral or laterals is laid, will be assessed
the average cost of that lateral or laterals, under the
provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of The City of Miami,
as amended:

assessments shall be made for a portion of the cost thereof, here-

PROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5242-C (centerline sewer).
