HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-73-0965Y 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 RESOLUTION NO. 7+'-.i` A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE "CONDITIONAL USE" GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 72-862, TO PERMIT OFF-STREET PARKING ON LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1, ROYAL GARDENS (20-3), LOCATED AT 3243-45 FRANKLLIN AVENUE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TAURUS STEAK HOUSE„ IS AMENDED BY EXTENDING THX RE- WIRED TIME POR REMOVAL OF THE TWO RESIDENTIAL DOUSES OS SAID PAS IATS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-862 granted a conditional use to permit Off -Street Parking in conjunction with the Taurus Steak House;•and WHEREAS, one of the conditions for the conditional use was the removal of the two residential houses on said parking lots within a time period of one year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 72-862 granting a "conditional use" to permit off-street parking on Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, ROYAL GARDENS (20-3) located at 3243-45 Franklin Avenue, in conjunction with the Taurus Steak House, is amended by extending the required time for removal of the two residential houses on said parking lots for a period of three (3) years PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December 1973. Andrews City of Miami, Florida Re: CHANGES OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES Applicant: Gentlemen: ZONING - RECOMMENDED PARK AND RECREATIONAL City of Miami The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of October 29, 1973, Item #10, f811owing an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. 73-229 by a 9 to 0 vote recommending Change of Zoning Classification for City -Owned Park and Recreational properties, from R-1 (One -Family), R-2 (Two -Family), R-3 (Low Density Multiple), R-4 (Medium Density Multiple), R-5 (High Density Multiple), C-2 (Community Commercial), C-4 (General Commercial), and W-R (Waterfront Recreational) to P-R (Public Park and Recreational Use). Attached is a copy of Planning Department Memo dated October 2, 1973. (See Pages 59 thru 66 including Maps of Planning Board Minutes of October 29, 1973, herewith attached, including Parks individually listed).
