A RESOLUTION GRANTING A "CONDITIONAL
USE", AS PROVIDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
ARTICLE V, SECTION 1(6)(a), TO PERMIT
EXCESS OFF-STREET PARKING ON LOTS 10
AND 11, BLOCK 1, GOLF COURSE PARK (43-3),
LOCATED AT 4215 AND 445 N. W. 6TH STREET,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROPOSED BANK STRUCTURE,
TO BE LOCATED AT 600 N. W. 42ND AVENUE,
ZONED R-2 (TWO-FAMILY) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Board of
the City of Miami, at its meeting held on November 19,
1973, passed and adopted by a 9 to 0 vote its Resolution
as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section
1(6) (a) , as
hereinafter set forth; and this Commission
deems it advisable to the public convenience and welfare
and finds that the use will not be detrimental or injurious
to the character or the development of the immediate
neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for a "conditional
use" as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V,
30 with proposed bank structure to be located at
31 42nd Avenue, zoned R-2 (Two -Family) District,

same is hereby granted.

Section 2. This conditional use shall become
null and void unless the use is commenced within six months
of the effective date of this Resolution. Upon application,
the City Manager may, after review and determination that
substantial progress has been achieved by the applicant
in terms of project planning, extend the expiration date
of the conditional use for an additional period of time
not to exceed one (1) year. Said extension request shall
be filed with the City Manager two (2) weeks prior to the
expiration date of the initial six (6) months effective
period of the conditional use.

The Miami Planning Board, at its meeting of November 19, 1973,
Item #8, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No.
73-247 by a 9 to 0 vote recommending "Conditional Use" as listed
in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE V, Section 1 (6) (a), to permit
excess off-street parking on Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, GOLF COURSE
PARK (43-3), located at 4215 and 4255 N. W. 6th Street, in conjunc-
tion with proposed bank structure to be loca'::ed at 600 N. W. 42nd
Avenue; zoned R-2 (Two -Family).
No objections were received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this "Conditional Use" has been pre-
pared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration
of the City Commission.
