RESOLUTION NO.70 Agri,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY
RIGHT OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY WOMAN'S
CLUB OF COCONUT GROVE, FLORIDA, CON-
VEYING APPROXIMATELY 156.25 SQUARE FEET
FROM THE SOUTHERNMOST EXTREMITY OF LOT 6,
BLOCK 1, OF THE PLAT ENTITLED "SUBDIVISION
OF LOT 4, MUNROE'S PLAT", AS RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK A, AT PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, approximately 156.25 square feet of land is
needed from the Southernmost extremity of land located at
the Northerly corner of South Bayshore Drive and McFarlane
Road for completion of the South Bayshore Drive Highway
Improvement; and
WHEREAS, Woman's Club of Coconut Grove,
Florida,
has
executed and delivered to the City a Highway Right of Way
Deed for the required 156.25 square foot dedication, which
deed contains a stipulation that in exchange for the grant-
ing of this right of way, the City of Miami agrees to install
sidewalks abutting the property of, and at no expense to,
the party of the first part; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to
accept the aforesaid Highway Right of Way Deed and to have
it recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the October 16, 1973, Highway Right of
Way Deed from Woman's Club of Coconut Grove, Florida, for

156.25 square feet from the area of th.e Southernmost extrem-
ity of land located at the Northerly Corner of South Bayshore
Drive and McFarlane Road, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper official of the City of
Miami is hereby authorized and directed to record the afore-
said Highway Right of Way Deed in the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
