A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINAMCI TO PAS TO NAZARO MIRAEAL, WITHOUT
THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE SUM OP
$95.68 IN PULL AND COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY
OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A RELEASE
RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, NAZARO MIRABAL filed a claim against the City
'of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $95.68 on July
23, 1.973, when a lost wheel from a City owned and operated
power mower allegedly struck an automobile owned by Mr. NAZARO
MIRABAL, at or near N.W. 20th Street and N.W. llth Avenue, in
the City of Miami, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim
be settled for the sum of $95.68;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to NAZARO MIRABAL, without the admission
of liability, the sum of $95.68 in full and complete settlement
of all claims and demands against the City of Miami, upon the
execution of a release releasing the City of Miami from all claims
and demands.
