A RESOLUTION(AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO SHELDON TURETSKY WITHOUT
THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE SUM OF
$26.00 IN HULL AND COMPLETE SETTLEMENT OF
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF
MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A RELEASE
RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS
WHEREAS, SHELDON TURETSKY filed a claim against the City
of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $26.00 for
repairs to his automobile, damaged by a rock allegedly thrown
by a City of Miami owned and operated power mower on July 11,
1973, at or near S.W. llth Street and S.W. 34th Avenue, in the
City of Miami, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this claim
be settled for the sum of $26.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to pay to SHELDON TURETSKY, without the
admission of liability, the sum of $26.00 in full and complete
settlement of all claims and demands against the City of Miami,
upon the execution of a release releasing the City of Miami
from all claims and demands.
