A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND ELECTING
H.D. SOUTHERN TO THE OFFICE
OF CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR EMOLUMENTS
OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That H.D. Southern be, and
he is hereby appointed and elected to the office of City
Clerk of the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. That the emoluments of office to be
paid to H.D. Southern
in his capacity as
City Clerk shall be that which is provided for in the
Budget of the City of Miami, Florida.
