RESOLUTION NO. 73-913
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
WORK PERFORMED BY ROSSER ELECTRIC CO.,
INC. AT A TOTAL COST OF $12,228.50;
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$1,741.35 FOR THE MIAMARINA RESTAURANT
- LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT - 1973.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 30, 1973
between the City of Miami and Rosser Electric Co., Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Rosser Electric Co., Inc. has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor, materials, etc. have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Rosser
Electric Co., Inc. for the MIAMARINA RESTAURANT - LIGHTING
IMPROVEMENT - 1973, at a total cost of $12,228.50, be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized and directed to pay Rosser
Electric Co., Inc. a balance of $1,741.35 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the construction of MIAMARINA RESTAURANT
- LIGHTING - 1973.
